1. Definitions
- “Organizer”, “we”, “us” refers to [Twisted Cider Limited]
- “You”, “Purchaser” refers to the individual buying tickets for the event.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Ticket License
Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event on the specified date and venue. We may revoke it without prior notice or compensation.
4. Purchase Process & Payment
- Prices include applicable VAT or taxes.
- Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal.
- Tickets can be bought until [deadline / 24 hours before].
5. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be delivered via:
- Email with unique e-ticket (PDF/QR code) for printing or mobile display.
6. Transferability & Resale
- Tickets are non-transferable unless allowed by us. Resale or bundling with services is prohibited without written consent.
- Scalping or using bots to purchase tickets is illegal, per BOTS Act compliance in applicable jurisdictions.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final, except if the event is canceled by the Organizer.
- In case of cancellation, refunds include ticket face value only—not service, postal, or handling fees.
- If the event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds are at our discretion.
8. Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify event date, time, venue, or line‑up. Significant changes will be communicated; refunds will be available if the change is unacceptable.
9. Admission
- Entry subject to presentation of a valid ticket and (if applicable) ID or age verification.
- You may be refused entry or removed for misconduct, intoxication, or breach of event rules.
10. Conduct & Safety
- Illegal or abusive behavior and unauthorized recording are prohibited.
- Compliance with venue rules and staff instructions is required.
11. Liability Limitation
- We are liable only for gross negligence or wilful misconduct; not liable for indirect losses or personal injury within normal event expectations.
- We won’t cover travel, accommodation, or other indirect expenses.
12. Data Protection
- Personal data is processed under applicable laws (e.g. GDPR). See our Privacy Policy.
- Your information may be shared with third parties only for event delivery and legally required purposes.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom – England & Wales. Any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Dorset.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms without notice. Each purchase is governed by the version in effect at that time.
